Chef Joey B is ‘ServSafe’ Certified through the National Restaurant Association, is a New England Culinary Institute Alumnus, and former instructor of 18 years, she is a former Restaurant owner, and worked in the industry for 30+ years.
She has guided and inspired students of all ages on all levels from Fundamentals of Cooking Theory and Basics to Professional Operational Consulting. Chef Joey B is proficient in teaching all levels of classic French Culinary Fundamentals to All levels of industry operations, Fine Dining to Diners, Independent Home businesses and Food Trucks and even just private home cooks, and those who get DISCOURAGED while COOKING!
